Dutch owned Douwe Egberts (part of D.E Master Blenders 1753) has been working with SHS Sales & Marketing since 1998, using their extensive knowledge of the convenience channel to help drive sales through the independent and wholesale channels, maximising its growth potential. Douwe Egberts, in conjunction with SHS Sales & Marketing, will continue to strive to become the voice of the Coffee category in Convenience.
The Douwe Egberts range spans across Instants and Roast & Ground, with accumulated sales of £2m. Within Total Impulse, DE are the fastest growing Top 5 Freeze Dried brand (+25% value YOY, +30% volume). The 95g DE Pure Gold SKU is especially adding value to the category, growing at 36% volume YOY (Source Nielsen - MAT 28th March 15).
Furthermore, Douwe Egberts R&G within impulse also continues the upward trend, with sales of their Café Culture 200g range growing by 11% in value YOY, despite total market declines of -8%.
