The best brands demand the best people. It's for this reason that we believe in investing in all of our staff by providing them with the opportunity to succeed and deliver their full potential and ambitions in a supportive and energetic team environment.

These aren't just empty words to lure in the best people; we firmly believe our people are at the heart of everything we do and we provide them with training and development programmes that are aimed at helping employees prepare for the next step in their career with SHS Sales & Marketing. It means we are more likely to keep our talented individuals within the business, benefitting both us and our brand owners. We don't believe in restricting people's learning opportunities and offer incentives such as trade days, secondments, charity initiatives and the opportunity to get involved in company-wide projects.

It doesn't stop there. We encourage staff to be proactive about their development through our bespoke Performance Reviews and we have an in-house Training & Development forum made up of representatives from across the business who review all identified development needs and put in place the relevant courses and mentoring to meet these needs.

Everyone is encouraged to own their personal development and feel empowered to fast-track their progress where desired, utlising our online searchable resources where employees can obtain information on training courses, and secondment opportunities, download performance review templates, view the required competencies for any job role and see all of the latest vacancies...

The Health & Wellbeing of our people is of prime importance to us and we regularly invest in awareness days, information sessions and health checks as part of our wellbeing initiatives.
