Mind is a UK registered charity that provides information and support for those suffering with a mental illness. Mind believe no-one should have to face a mental health problem alone. The provide a range of information and support & guidance services.
In 2019 and 2020 alone, Mind’s mental health information was accessed over 18 million times, they responded to 119,000 calls to their helpline and over 120,000 people used their online support communities.
We support our staff nominated charity through fundraising events, volunteering, raffles and challenges every two years.
We raised £7,839 for our last staff nominated charity, Alzheimer's Society.
